Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is received.

    Each table undergoes a thorough quality check and is securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery

    We partner with reliable express carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure your tables arrive safely.

    U.S. Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days after shipping.

    International Delivery: Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions to track your package.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    For United States Orders: All products are shipped from our workshop in Turkey. For our U.S. customers, all orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means Foldela prepays all customs duties and import taxes—you will not face any hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.

    For International Orders (Outside the U.S.): Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by your country are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

Delivery Address

    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@foldela.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

    In the event a package is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide replacement or refund options based on the results.

Delivery Issues

    If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed; in such cases, we will notify you via email.
